I’m Courtney Julia and I’m here to share my health and fitness journey with you.
My husband and spent 2 years travelling around the world as I taught Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga as we went.
We have now settled in Sunny Aspen, CO. (If you are going to be in the Rocky Mountain area, let me know! I would love to get together!)
My goal is to show you how leading a fit and healthy style can be done from all around the world.

About Courtney
Courtney went to school at University of California Davis, where she studied Exercise Science and English. While at UCD, she competed in Pole Vault and Javelin for the UCD Track Team.
After Graduation she spent 4 years working at The Pro Sports as a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach. As a personal trainer, Courtney, specialized in weight loss with 20/20 Lifestyles. As a performance coach, Courtney developed and coached Core Performance Marathon Training. She has run 8 marathons herself, including qualifying for the Boston marathon and running Boston in 2011.
Courtney completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in the Fall of 2012. She taught Bikram Yoga at Bikram Yoga Coolsprings and Nashville for 9 months before taking off with her husband to travel the world as a traveling Yoga Instructor. She has taught in Bellevue and Redmond and currently has classes lined up to teach in Kailua, HI, Kahului, HI, and Wellington, New Zealand.
