Erector spinae

Our Erector Spinae muscles are long muscles that help us hold our backs up.  They are our posture muscles, unfortunately most of us spend the majority of our time slouching.   While we should have good posture all the time, the least we can do is focus on it during exercise.  Think about a puppy as he is running with his owner.  He is so proud with his chest almost protruding towards the sky.  We should take a lesson from our puppies.  Run tall and proud.  Stretch and elongate those erector spinae!  Not only do you get to be outside running, you also don’t have anyone harnessing you back on a leash!
