Prehab Movement Prep:
- 2a Penguin Claps 3×20 each angle
- 2b. Tricep Ext. 3x10Full/20pulses/10 Full
- 2c. Single Leg Squat to Row 3×10 each leg
- 3a. Lateral Hand Walks 3×10 each direction
- 3b. Push up Lat Pull 3×10 each side
- 3c. Pushup Burpess 3×10
