Fuel for the week:

  • Veggies galore
  • Ribeye Marinading for dinner tonight
  • Sandwich fixing for the week
  • Pot roast to slow cook tomorrow (thank you for the idea Emily!)
  • Protein applesauce raspberry peanut butter muffins
  • 2 dozen eggs
  • Coconut water for electrolytes.

$42.50 at trader joes….cheaper than what the steak dinner I’m going to cook tonight would cost at a restaurant 🙂
