Healthy Croquet Madame


I love french food.  One of my favorites is a croque madame.  I am not, however, a fan of the high calories.  If you sub a grey poupon style mustard for mayo and 86 the gruyere (I know that is the best part!….tomatoes add a nice touch) you are left with a semi french breakfast/lunch
