Power breakfast

Just finished morning cardio so I ran home for a power breakfast.   I’m doing a 30 day Yoga challenge and am behind because of vacation so I plan to hit 3 classes today.  I need to make sure I have some energy!


3 eggs
Chicken apple sausage
Red pepper
Sun dried tomato
1/2 Avocado

516 calories 27.5g pro 11.1g fiber 25 CHO 35.4g fat…the 1/2 avocado adds 161 cal and 14.7g fat but it worth it for the good monounsaturated fat and potassium!
