- 2 Packages Chicken Sausages
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 2 Jalepenos
- 1 Onion
- 5 Stalks Celery
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 2 tsp 21 Season Salute
- 2 tsp Tapatio
- 1 tsp cumin
- 12oz Chicken Broth
Prep:
- Dice onion, celery, peppers, and Carrots.
- Cut sausages into slices.
- Combine all in slow cooker with beans, spices and chicken broth.
- Cook on Low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 4 hours.
- Serve with Cotija cheese.
