Did you know The Journal of Nutrition published a study showing people who ate fatty foods with 2 tablespoons of spices such as garlic, pepper, paprika, rosemary and or cinnamon had 30% lower triglycerides than those who didn’t?–good thing I put in tons of garlic, cumin, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes…not to mention topped it off with Sriacha!  For a double bonus this isn’t even fatty.
