“That’s all there is to it.
When you look at the world this way, you stop writing about what’s “good” and what’s “bad”– there’s only stuff worth stealing, and stuff that’s not worth stealing.
Everything is up for grabs. If you don’t find something worth stealing today, you might find it worth stealing tomorrow or a month or a year from now.

Exercise can be like this. Everyone has something they can do to stay in shape. And being in shape is fun! As Elle Woods says, “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands, they just don’t.”
So now think about your happiest peer. Are they in shape? What do they to stay in shape? If you don’t know ask! You might like to try that! If your co-worker can fit that into their life, you can too! And don’t worry no one will mind you asking them about their active life. They do it! So it makes them happy. People LOVE to talk about what makes them happy. In fact after telling you why their fitness activity of choice makes them so happy they’ll be excited to go out and do it again and thank you for the motivation!
Exercise doesn’t have to be heading to the gym. Fitness can be walking or biking to work. Fitness can be taking the long way home to go shopping. Fitness can be taking a yoga or fitness class before or after work. Fitness can be a standing desk. Fitness can be doing your morning email on the elliptical. Fitness can be joining a rec sport team. Fitness can be walking during lunch. Fitness can be strength training. Fitness can be a 20 min crossfit workout. Fitness can be meeting friends at the gym instead of the bar. Fitness can be evening walks. Fitness can be training for a race. Fitness can be doing 10 pushups and 20 squats on the hour to keep you fresh at work. Fitness can be fishing with your dog. Fitness can be hiking. Fitness can be trail runs.
Fitness can be all if that. Steal what inspires you!
